The house was absolutely perfect for my family to have a little winter getaway. Everything was as described but the views from every room were above and beyond amazing. We will be looking forward to coming back!

This is Tahoe at its best! Peaceful, tranquil, getaway and this location made us feel right at home. The views from the home were breathtaking. The amenities were perfect for a long stay like we did. The host was responsive and friendly. We’re definitely coming back!

We absolutely loved this home! It was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It made for the ideal retreat to relax and celebrate Christmas. The kitchen was impressively stocked with dishes, appliances, and cooking tools, which made cooking a pleasure. The host was highly responsive and kept us well-informed about the check-in process. We’re already looking forward to returning!

The house is spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen that has plenty of pots and pans. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the hot tub, grilling on the deck, and simply enjoying the space.

Really enjoyed our stay and hosts were accommodating to our requests. Beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors, dog friendly property and area. Short drive or walk to dog friendly beach with kayak rentals. Great views of the lake and sunrises from rooms and deck. The house easily hosted 7 people with dogs. Very well equipped kitchen.

The view is what drew us here and it did not disappoint. The Lake was visible from every room. The home is well appointed with luxury at every turn. Having plentiful parking was a plus as we had two adult children joining us in their cars. The kitchen has every amenity imaginable. It was the best Mother’s Day gift, ever!

The views and and the house were amazing and exactly like the pictures. We had to reschedule due to a last minute snow storm, and the team was responsive and allowed me to change my reservation for a reasonable fee. Thanks, we will stay there again if given the opportunity.

Nice dog-friendly place with nice views. Quality build, fixtures, furniture and fireplace. Spa was super clean and a big plus to have available. Some maintenance is needed, and I believe they will take care of the items brought to their attention.

The home was gorgeous and comfy and we will come back. A few thing happened that were frustrating but they responded right away, like the wifi going out and fridge, The views are amazing and so easy to get to the beach.

Absolutely breathtaking place! Definitely recommend this home. It was the most beautiful view in almost all areas of the house. The area was quiet and felt safe. Neighbors were so friendly. Great restaurants close by and ski resorts easy to get to. Enjoyed the hot tub views after long days of skiing. We would love to return to this place. It was clean and comfortable. We had a little hiccup with the tv but the Agate Realty was so quick to reply via email we got it fixed immediately. Loved everything about this trip. Worth ever penny being close to Lake Tahoe and seeing these incredible views. Morning sunrise and afternoon peacefulness. Thank you for having us.

Stunning view, warm and comfortable home, great place to stay with your significant other and is dog friendly. Views from each bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony are all fantastic and better than the pictures present on the website. Great location, super close to Garwood's and lots of great places to go hiking within 20 minutes. The splurge was worth it for the views alone, but the entire experience was superb with the hot tub, fire place, gourmet and roomy kitchen, and comfortable style throughout. Check-in was a quick and seamless.

To say we were more than pleased would be an understatement. Exquisite view, fully stocked everything….excellent communication and beds to dream of or on rather! Will be back and will consider it our go to year round.

My family of five had a great time in Lake Tahoe. The house had plenty of room for us and had a great view of Lake Tahoe. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The hot tub was a plus after a long day of hiking, biking, and paddle boarding. One downside, which was not the owners fault, was there was a lot of road construction going on all around the lake and right in front of back deck 24/7, so it was very loud and not enjoyable to listen to. However, it seemed to be going on everywhere so I'm sure we were not the only ones that were annoyed by all the road construction. Overall though, beautiful house in a great location with a wonderful view of Lake Tahoe.

This is an amazing property with a million dollar view.

Wonderful location with stunning views from the kitchen and no shortage of natural light both in the mornings and afternoons. The upstairs living area alone can comfortably fit a whole family of 8 and the kitchen is so spacious and full of equipment that it can entertain a group of 4 to 5 by itself. The master suite has a marvelous bathroom and the common area bathroom is beautifully laid. For the downstairs area: It would be best described as one large room with a bed area and a living area and a full bathroom. Perfect for the "night owls" of a group to continue into the wee hours without disturbing anyone and enough space for 3 to 4 to sleep. Even South Lake Tahoe is only an hour away from this location. Would recommend for a group of close friends or a family stay.

Amazing place to call home for a few nights! It was beautiful, cozy, clean and in a great location for skiing, hiking and dining. Not to mention the view which was such a treat! We’d love to stay at this spot for future trips.
