Enjoyed the property and town. Quiet yet beautiful. Property was just as described. Check In/Out was a breeze.

We all found this home to be spacious and perfect for our 6 adult guests. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo provided. Management was very responsive to a couple of issues which arose.We would definitely rent again!

We had a great stay at this cozy cabin near King’s Beach! The amenities were great, and everything was as described in the listing. The space was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. I also appreciated that the kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked with extra bath amenities and essentials—it made our stay even more convenient and homey. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, with easy access to the lake and local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the town and its offerings.

The Oliver cabin was perfect for our family. Beautiful master suite, bunk room for the grandkids, +3rd bedroom with king bed. Great open floor plan to gather for dining and playing games. Within walking distance to Patton Beach (Dog friendly), miniature golf, Garwoods for lunch and dinner. Agate Bay Realty has always been great to work with. Can’t wait to come back next year.

We had a great stay. The cabin is nestled in a tree filled neighborhood just a short walk to the lake. It’s very confortable and well equipped with all the basics and some cool bonus amenities like the hot tub. Will definitely come back.

The location was excellent and a perfect home for family with kids. Had an excellent kitchen which suffices for the limited restaurants. Close to most of the skiing resorts and gives you a great flexibility. Loved our stay would definitely rent it out again.

My Husband and our dog had a great week working remotely at the Oliver property. The location was good to walk the pup on long walks and the dog beach. The house was roomy for the 2 of us to work during the days and a great kitchen to cook throughout the week. Recommend following the Bear Aware protocols when visiting in the fall. Such a great location and property and would love to visit again!

Perfect little group friend vacation. Quick communication.

This acted as the perfect home base for our trip to Lake Tahoe. There were a lot of homes visibly nearby, but nearly nobody was there so the patio areas still felt private. The location was great too. Only minutes away from restaurants and shops. Not to mention we could (and did) walk down to the beaches if we felt like it. Host did a great job making us and our 2 dogs feel right at home. We'll definitely be coming back!

Everyone that works at Agatha Bay realtor was great at communicating. They sent a couple of emails prior to my arrival recommending places to visit, activities to do, etc. The cabin was great, same as the advertise pictures. They have everything we needed to feel at home such as cooking tools, pans, towels etc. Hot tub was great, just a few minutes away from kings beach. Dog friendly cabin which was extremely important for me when booking. I had 2 very small dogs and my service dog, Even though the description said only 2 dogs allowed, they work with me and allowd us to bring 3 dogs. Overall a great experience, if booking please be carefull with bears. They are around, they came to visit twice and even broke the bear proof trash cans.

This was a very well-appointed and well-located property. Communication was easy and extremely responsive. I often find Air Bnb beds relatively uncomfortable but everyone in my party agreed that all of the mattresses, linens, and pillows were extremely comfortable and we all slept really well. The hot tub was also really clean, which was a plus. Thanks for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It’s very cozy and spacious and had all we needed! Huge wooden coffee table it’s just perfect to play boardgames and fireplace makes the place super cozy even in the summer! It’s only a few minutes walk from the lake and a few minutes drive to the grocery store so the location is very good! Really recommend it!!

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking surroundings and the cozy ambiance of the cabin. Nestled amidst towering pine trees, the cabin offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life. The location is unbeatable – just a 10 minute walk from the lake. Really appreciated that this cabin was dog friendly so we could bring our fur babies along on this trip. The cabin was fully stocked with lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, tea kettle, zip lock bags, and plastic tupperware. Safeway is also a quick 5 minute drive if you are missing anything. There are lots of board games and the tv had a Roku connected. The hot tub was great to relax in. The only downside was the walls are pretty thin so if you are upstairs you hear everything downstairs very clearly like they are in same room.

We really enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was great and close to many activities. The home was as advertised and a great space for our family of 7. Newly renovated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and communication from Agate Bay Realty was great.

The Oliver house was a great choice for our family. Accommodates up to 8 people and dog friendly. Great neighborhood for walks with hiking trails close by. We had some bears roaming the property during our stay, which was added entertainment.

Absolutely lovely renovated home in walking distance to the lake. We were two families, 4 adults and 3 kids total, and we fit well and had an awesome time exploring the area on daily walks, hanging out in the large living room, and being in the hot tub out back. Highly recommend.

This property is great! Good location and the home is clean with all the amenities. Communication was clear and the check in process was easy. It can get warm during the day but they do provide fans that help cool it off. I would recommend staying here.

Great place for a family, comfortable interior, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The location is easy to access and is just a quick trip to Tahoe City, Kings Beach, or Incline Village.

The house is located in the perfect spot. Close to a very nice dog friendly beach where you can find any type of sport activity as well. The house is spacious and organised on two separate floors and can be eventually shared by two small families.

Portable fans in all of the rooms and a fully stocked kitchen were great! Loved that it was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The two patios and hot tub were an added bonus.

I highly recommend this house for a large group! We had so much fun. It felt very spacious and welcoming. It has two outdoor decks, one with a very clean hot tub and bbq and another front porch that really quiet and nice too. The house is well equipped and close to the paddle beach, which we loved. It not walking distance but there ample parking near the beach. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

Great, cozy house in an awesome location! We really enjoyed the living spaces and the hot tub. I would just note that the main bedroom on the second floor is directly above the main bedroom on the first floor, and sound proofing is close to none. So keep that in mind if you’re traveling with other couples.

Everything was just as described and it looked just like the photos. We had a great time in the cabin, we played a few of the games they had, but some games were broken or missing pieces. Everything was clean and easy to find. It was nice, we felt safe, and the locals were very friendly. We might make this an annual trip.

Our group of four adults, three kids and a dog had a great time here. We made good use of the well stocked kitchen and hot tub. There were plenty of towels for both bathrooms and spa. The fireplace and the kids bunk room were our favorite parts. They had some fun puzzles and games if you can find all the pieces :)

Overall, we had a very cozy stay. our contact was very nice and gave us all the information we needed up front. it's a beautiful cabin! A few of the appliances and sinks had a few little issues but nothing serious. I would say it was worth what we paid!

The location and home is exactly like the pictures! We brought our two dogs and they settled in nicely too. Everything was so spacious and nicely decorated and functional. The only gripe we had was the ants on the counter. 5 stars to the property manager for finding my car keys, iPad, and charger and sending it back to our home!!! Communication was fast and execution was perfect.

We were two families and had fun at this rental. The beds were uncomfortable so we didn't sleep so well. The second floor, as other reviewers said, has zero insulation, so you can hear anything. We didn't have enough beddings in the first night, nor towels, but after contacting the rental, they provided us what we needed, so that was good and responsive. The kitchen is fully equipped, but if there was a nylon wrap or foil paper, that could have been useful. Other than that it was great.

My husband, myself, our 2 young children, and parents stayed at the Oliver house for our week long summer vacation July 2015. While there, we were so incredibly disappointed in the Oliver house that we started a list of broken items and took photos to document our experience. A letter detailing our issues was mailed to Agate Bay Realty in August 2015 with absolutely no response to date (April 2016). Here were the issues in summary: The downstairs bathroom bathtub did not plug (and we had 2 toddlers to bathe), toilet did not flush properly and frequently backed up, and the toilet paper holder was broken and the TP had to sit on the floor. The washing machine was inoperable the entire week (although the repair man was out twice to fix it during our stay and they did have someone come a take our towels to the laundry mat) and the dryer had obviously been broken for a long time and would not operate over low heat. The doorknob to the second bedroom locked itself when the door swung open wide, resulting in a child getting lock in the room. Kitchen issues: the microwave display was burned out and impossible to use as a result, the stove top would randomly start blinking while cooking and shut itself off, the ice maker in the refrigerator leaked and would freeze itself inoperable. The ceiling light in the master bathroom was burned out and only the vanity light could be used. But, the vanity light has a built in timer which automatically shut off the light while we were in the shower. The side table lights in the master bedroom and living room were burned out. The master bedroom closet doors were jammed and would not open. The issues with the outside of the house actually scared us for safety reasons. We reported the issues to the Agate Bay office and they did send out a handy-man to fix some of them, but this was a third person who completed work during our stay. Here was the list of outside issues: there was a 2inch wide by 10inch long rotted hole in the front deck. The legs of the provided deck chairs fell right through it. The wood was obviously rotten and had not been replaced in years. Five spindles on the front deck rail were not secured at the bottom and swung freely from the railing (extremely dangerous as people lean on them when hanging out on the deck all the time). The metal grate in the front deck was warped and sticking up 1.5 inches out of the wood. Numerous nails on the deck stuck up over 1inch high and were rusted into place. On the back deck there was a shard of wood 2inches wide by 5 inches long that stuck up about 2inches right by the hot tub. The back deck also had 8 loose spindles that were not secured at the bottom and hung from the rail. The rail on this deck wobbled back and forth about 1.5 to 2 inches in both directions. Needless to say, after spending over $3500 to rent this cabin we were extremely disappointed and will not be going back. We tried to report these issues to the Agate Bay Realty office and we provided with a list of excuses. But, in our opinion, the issues with the deck would have been easily resolved with annual maintenance. As would have the issues with the interior.

The home was clean (except first floor bathroom toilet) and well supplied with cooking and eating utensils. There are just a few things I would like to suggest. The home needs to have more towels available to the guest. Towels were also needed for the hot tub. Also, the home had absolutely no spices. Not even salt and pepper! It would have also been nice to have some lake supplies. A kayak, or two, a ice chest, some rafts? A few bicycles are always nice to have. The hot tub was really nice after a long day hiking! I would have liked a little more privacy though. Maybe, some lattice screens around the back deck could help. We thought the updates were very nice and the home was very comfortable. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and most (If not all) of the suggestions that I have made were available and made our vacation so much fun and relaxing! I think that if these suggestions are offered this vacation rental will be a big FIVE STARS! So, I'm looking forward to see what happens. I would definitely rent this home again if the home was upgraded with these suggestions.

Great location, short walk to rock beach which is a dog beach and my kids were at mini golf everyday, loved it.My only negative is that the appliances are a little difficult to get a handle on some directions would have been helpfull, we figured it out in the end.

The location is great...walk to beach, mini-golf, pizza, and other restaurants. We stayed here with another couple because it was dog friendly, walking distance to dog friendly beach (which was awesome), and newly remolded..it looks like a brand new interior..it was wonderful! We will stay here for many years to come!

Classic old Tahoe style house, but nice contemporary furnishings without losing the mountain feel. Comfortable furniture, beds, great bathrooms. Overall solid rental, definitely one of the best pet friendly rentals you could ask for.

We spent a great week at the Oliver house. The check-in process was a breeze and the house is actually only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the realty office. The house was exceptionally clean and recently remodeled! Overall, a great stay!

Check in was quick and easy! This is a gorgeous, contemporary style house with an updated kitchen and top-of-the-line bathrooms. Kitchen is well-stocked with a full set of new cookware and dinnerware. Luxuriously soft bath towels, sparkling clean spa, BBQ, big flat screen TV with cable and seating for everyone and fantastic views of the surrounding trees. A very quite and serene area. Most importantly, this is a pet-friendly house that was so clean that it didn't look like any pets had even been there! We can't wait to rent this home again!

We just spent a wonderful week in Oliver at Lake Tahoe. The house is beautifully remodeled and equipped with everything we needed - in a style we would use for our own home. Our kids and our dog loved the place, enjoyed the beach close by and we all had lots of fun on and at the water. We hope to be able to come back. The house was nice and very roomy. It had all of the cooking equipment that ended. Only thing I did not like was the second sick in the upstairs bathroom the water did not work. There was a lot of spider webs in the livingroom walls. The confuter in the master room was ripped and worn out. Over all great location and perfect for our party of 8ppl.

It's hard to find a Vacation rental that doesn't scream "vacation rental" - if you know what I mean. So when I came across Oliver house I knew that was the home for us. From the furnishings, to the dinner plates, this home felt like a home we would have created ourselves. It was recently remodeled to a tasteful and understated modern decor - with just the right touches of organic. It's open and spacious and gets tons of natural light. To add to its greatness, it is a pet-friendly home, so we could bring our giant Newfoundland! He also felt right at home and loved sitting out on the snowed-on deck facing the street and watching the passers-by.The only issue involved the gas fireplace which resulted in a day of cold (we rented during ski season) but the rental property management company was quick to send someone out to fix it and the house soon warmed up again. One improvement would be to provide a place to hang our wet jackets/hats/etc rather than having to set them on the bench by the door where we sit to put on our boots, since the coat closet is locked and solely used by the owners. Aside from this, we couldn't have asked for a better place to call home for a week.We look forward to staying here again - maybe even trying it during warmer months so we can swim in the nearby lake!

My husband and I stayed for a week in this beautiful house with our two kids, two dogs and one set of grandparents. We were thrilled with the quality of the property, the comfort, the facilities and the cleanliness. The property does not have a fence around it so be aware if taking your dog or children. We didn't find it an issue. We even had surprise snow half way through the week! We were able to walk down the hill to the lake beach (mainly stones) most mornings, and there is a store and bar/restaurant just there too. We also walked to the mini golf place a few times. Then the house formed a wonderful base to explore the rest of Tahoe, neighboring towns such as Carson and Reno. We would definitely return again as soon as we can.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. We stayed for 2 nights and loved the space and the lay-out which allowed for plenty of privacy among two families. The kitchen was organized with everything we needed for cooking. We loved the decor throughout and the ample space to enjoy our time with our large group. We never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and functional. Will definitely consider renting this property again in the future.

Modern, clean house in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved our stay! The house was comfortable and was what we expected. The location was convenient to everything that we needed but tucked away in the neighborhood enough to feel more like residents and less like visitors. Easy drive to Tahoe City, Kings Beach, etc. Favorite in house activities: sitting in the hot tub, looking through the pine trees up at the stars and starting the day with a cup of coffee by the fireplace. I would definitely rent this house again.

I am SO IN LOVE with this home. Everything from top to bottom, back to front, inside and out. The design was everything I have ever wanted in a home. I wanted to pick it up and take it with me back to San Diego. While staying I wanted to know everything... who designed it, who remodeled it, and who did the interior design?! The beds were cloud like and the lighting was perfection. It's hard to combine modern clean lines with a comfy cozy feel and they nailed it. Do your self a favor and stay here! I will be back for sure. Also, the ladies at the Agate Bay office were the sweetest, they were super helpful with hiking spots. Check out Eagle Rock. This was a quick hike with great views.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect - we loved taking our dog to Patton Beach down the road and Gar Woods is one of our favorite restaurants on the lake. Love the lodge chic decor and the rooms are nice and spacious. We didn't need to use the room with the bunk bed but it was great to see that they were full sized beds. The hot tub on the deck in the back was our favorite thing about the place. We would spend the nights in there, gazing at the stars. We will definitely rent this cabin again in the future! Note to guests who book: you'll want to bring your own shampoo & conditioner as there was only a travel sized bottle of shampoo, towels for the hot tub (although you can use the washer/dryer to wash the bath towels there), and Safeway is a short drive away to get groceries if you plan to cook (grab condiments - there was very little in the cabinets - not even salt or pepper).

I loved the house. The neighborhood was great and I felt very safe. Host was great as well!

It was a nice escape for skiing. The price is very reasonable. The cabin is very spacious. And it's very good for guests that the host does not have any extra guests fee at all. It took me a while finding the correct cabin around the neighbor because I arrived at night. I tried to look for it, but I did not see any street number in the front of the cabin.

This place was great. Six humans and dog stayed here for the Thanksgiving weekend, and loved it. Lots of space, beautiful interior, very comfortable. The wifi was a little slow for streaming, but we survived. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for a group of 10 adults, the hot tub is perfect and so is the Chalet. All furnished and clean. Quite close from grocery shops and the Lake. We have had a lovely stay.

This is a great cabin. Lovely fireplace in a great open space. The hot tub is a great addition. The host has thought of everything with some helpful hints spread around the property. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some time in Tahoe (especially those who are going there to ski).

Truly enjoyed staying here. Such a cozy and stylish cabin and enough space for everyone (pillows are really high though, so I slept without a pillow). Appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (just gotta bring or buy own spices and oil) if you plan on cooking. Cooked dinner and breakfast. Hot tub was really nice and ready when we arrived. My family had a great stay at the Oliver cabin. I booked it for it stylish decor and it did not disappoint! So beautiful! It was really comfortable, spacious and well stocked with all the necessities and then some. We will be back!

We had an incredible time at this listing and would definitely stay again! The home was spotless, very well-appointed and comfortable...everything we needed for our short ski trip. We were able to prepare a lot of meals in house thanks to the fully stocked kitchen. The entryway is a great place to drop snow stuff on your way in, and the driveway and stairs were fully cleared when we arrived, which was great! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the fireplace was perfect as we had a few very cold evenings. Looking forward to a return trip!

This was a great place to stay and was very comfy. The hot tub was amazing and was a great value add to the weekend. The location was perfect. The skiers were close to the mountain and the non skiers had a cozy place to spend the day and enjoy the settings. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The home has all the amenities we needed to make all our home-cooked meals over our 3-day weekend. The house was spotless. The fireplace was a lovely touch. And it was so nice to be able to bring our pet on vacation!

House is great - beautiful, warm, and great location, but one issue was there was dog hair on the floor, carpets, sofa's etc.. I knew it is a dog friendly house when I booked, but wasn't expecting this.. I wrote the agent in the morning, and they were very quick to respond and sent the cleaning company back to clean (wonderful service!) Still after the 2nd cleaning we found hair around the house.. I guess it can't be completely cleaned even if trying, so take this into account..

Great house with all you need for a comfy trip to Tahoe.

The space has been so beautifully done, and the furniture is all both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there were coffee filters already available (which is so nice to not have to worry about). The linens and bed were lovely (and we have high standards). Loved all the furniture choices, and we especially loved the gas wood stove. So convenient and it made for cozy nights in the living room. All the supplies (snow shovel, ice, flashlight) were easy to find and conveniently located.

My family of 5 and our family friends (4) spent 3 days in this cabin. It was the perfect size for all 9 of us. The home was spacious and well designed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils for us to make our meals. The home, including the hot tub, was well maintained and clean. The location was perfect and the host company was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely come back!

Great space, great location. We enjoyed our stay. We walked to Gar woods for a late lunch, used the hot tub, and put together a couple of the puzzles that were there. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of four with two teenage boys. I loved the gas fire place and the big windows.

Lovely modern home with great amenities and location!

The location is outstanding, 5 min from Kings’ Beach and 10 from Tahoe City. The common areas are a bit worn down (rug is stained and kitchen bench is chipped) but the location more than makes up for it. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The lighting could be better too (I know that a weird thing to say but other than lamps, there very little in the way of lighting which makes it a bit dull). We had lots of problems with the wifi and kept getting booted off without knowing which resulted in a very big phone bill. The instructions in the manual say not to reset the modem but when I told the realty they said that exactly what we should have done - clear, accurate instructions would be helpful. All in all, we loved Tahoe and loved the ample space available in this property.

Overall we had a lot of fun, it was much nicer staying in a cabin than fitting in hotel rooms. My kids loved the hot tub.

Great house in a wonderful location. We booked this house for a large group over 4th of July and the house had enough open space for everyone. The kitchen is also fully stocked to allow for cooking for large groups. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars and you’re walking distance to the lake. We look forward to booking again!

Overall we were very happy with this house. It offers a nice location in a neighborhood about half a mile walk to the nearest (small) beach. You cannot see the lake but there is a nice hot tub on the back patio, though the patio looks into other people's property. The kitchen appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is fully renovated. The rest of the house is comfortable with decent beds, a couch that is comfortable to lie on but not really meant for sitting and a few not terribly comfortable chairs. The outside furniture, though plentiful to the point of being cluttered, is meant more for dining than lounging. There are two full baths, both have small rain shower heads which are nice, and the upstairs one is recently renovated. Overall this was a nice house and we were pretty happy with the value in comparison to other similar properties. With a few more "lounge like" seating options it would be very comfy although I think we would choose a property where the outdoor space was a little more private if we were to do it again.

Will definitely stay again next summer!

Wonderful, relaxing stay! We were pleasantly surprised by the design and surplus of space offered at this air bnb. Many special touches. Loved the hot tub and fireplace on cold evenings. Location is great- walk to the lake. Would definitely rent again!

We were a group of 6 and the house is great for 6 or upto 8 ppl! Kitchen was well stocked in terms of utensils!

We had a great time. The house was comfortable and in a good location about 20 minutes drive to Squaw and Alpine Meadows ski resorts. The hot tub was also great. The property management company was professional and very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was fully stocked. The gas stove was perfect to lounge by and the hot tub was clean and hot. The communication and responsiveness from Agate Bay was first class. I would definitely stay here again!

Very stylish, lots of space, great location. We were in Tahoe for work but I'd definitely go back to this little place for a long weekend of fun with friends. Key collection was really simple and communication with the rental agents was quick and easy. Big shout out to Scott at Agate Bay rentals who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out!

I stayed at this house with a couple of family members, and had a great experience. There were a couple of lights that weren't working and the realty company was extremely responsive and came and dropped off light bulbs. The house was beautiful and a short walk to the lakefront, as well as a quick drive to a bunch of different hiking spots.

Space is as described. Great location, close to lake and lots of hiking/biking trails. Rooms and house are spacious. Back porch and hot tub are great. Neighboring houses are a little close, but were quiet for length of stay.

The house is very comfy and roomy. A good place to call home away from home.

Very close to all the North Tahoe town centers. Carnelian Bay is just a few minutes walk away. The hot tub is very clean and well maintained. The check in process was very smooth.

This cabin has a great location and is close to plenty of conveniences. The beds were comfy and the spa was nice. It does need some repairs and could use a good deep-cleaning.

A charming, modern, special little house tucked into Tahoe. Just a walk from a terrific beach and restaurants, laundry and other things. We had a family of five sleep comfortably for 10 days and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a great home away from home!

Great location and size but the price is a bit high for the place honestly. Worked well for 2 families but would be much better at a reasonable price.

Great location! Kitchen had a huge variety of pots, pans etc to make big dinners. They were very responsive to our needs. We emailed telling them our coffee maker didn’t work and that same day they replaced it for us. Had a great time and would rent here again.

Best location ever! We loved being able to walk to magic carpet golf, waterman landing, and garwoods. The place is clean, spacious, and stylish! We loved staying here and would stay here again!!

Great location! We loved being able to bring our dogs with the close proximity of the dog beach. Gorgeous interior with large kitchen/living room space. Great for big family gatherings and we loved the fireplace and hot tub!

The location was excellent. Close to great hikes and many restaurant options. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/dishes/cups/etc. Liked that they had games a lot of books throughout the house. The downside was that the space is very dark regardless of time of day and needs deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Didn‚Äôt know the main door would be out of order for winter and had to climb the stairs to the back door to come and go‚ wasn‚Äôt ideal for one of us with a bum knee.

We had a great stay! The house is well equipped for cooking in along with the open kitchen and large family room area was a great set up for our group. The hot tub was great too. The location is perfect in my opinion with a short walk to the lake and quick drives to good hikes! We definitely plan to stay here again!

Wonderful location. Good value. Cabin works well for groups. Although, the walls are a bit thin so if you’re traveling with small children as we did you may hear some noise between the bedrooms despite being on different floors. The cabin has a bit of wear and tear showing in the bathrooms and doors/walls/etc but I guess that to be expected with a popular listing is a popular destination. Our dog accompanied us and I’m so glad we brought her and that the property was dog friendly. We were impressed by the beauty and convenience of Waterman Landing. So beautiful!

Nice location; not far from Tahoe City and walking distance to a little public beach at the Lake. Plenty of cookware for our family-style dinners. Not far from some nice trailheads with good views of the lake.

This was a great rental for a family with dogs. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated but not so pristine that we were afraid to allow the dogs off leash indoors. The beach was a nice walk from the house, and the neighborhood was lovely. Would definitely rent again.

Our previous AIRBNB placed was cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, however, Agate Bay Realty was able to accommodate at the last minute for us. We found this nice, quaint, and modern cabin in North Lake Tahoe. The place has all the amenities an amateur chef needs to throw down a 5 course Prime Rib dinner if you want to (I sure did). In addition, the cabin has moderate speed wifi, access to a nice entertainment system that people can watch HULU, NextFlix, Amazon Prime etc, and nice speakers for audiophiles. The place itself is very well kept and clean. The host has went above and beyond to make sure that cabin was well stocked with the necessities and the comfort people are requiring when vacationing. I will definitely book here again. OH yeah, place is pet friendly! Our 2 frenchies had a blast here!

Beautiful house, great place to split the cost with a few friends and get away for a few days.

The jacuzzi is a great add on and we all had a great time. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The only downfall was it was freezing in the house even with heat on.
