had a wonderful stay! house was clean and in a great location! my dog loved playing in the fully fenced yard. loved soaking in the hot tub during the snow fall. Will be back.

Excellent property, highly recommend! We had a very comfortable stay, including bedding, towels, and all the amenities. The host was very communicative, and check in/out was easy!

A great cabin, loved the gas fireplace and hot tub. Very cozy atmosphere for friends catching up and staying warm on cold November nights.

Firefly Cabin was exactly how it was described. Place was very clean, configuration of the space was excellent, kitchen well stocked and location is primo. Close to the lake, store, restaurants etc. We loved the place and will be back.

We loved the cabin! It’s so well taken care of and the location can’t be beat! Easy walk to the lake and awesome trail system just up the road! Loved and can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful cabin, and amazing location just up the hill from Waterman's Landing. Perfect for an extended family! Great front and back decks, and very clean hot tub. Fully fenced back yard was appreciated by our doggo as well :) The house is well-represented in pictures, and we'd stay again!

Great location. The cabin was a perfect fit for our family vacation. We appreciated the stocked kitchen as we like to be able to cook our own meals.

Firefly cabin was awesome! We all agreed that there are not many rentals we would actually return to but this cabin was the exception. It was clean and well stocked. We loved the location and the natural light. The front & back decks made it feel extra spacious and the hot tub was a huge plus! The enclosed back yard was perfect for our dog. We will be back!

Stayed for my husband's bday weekend w/ our fur baby & some friends. the home was beautiful & it was great to be able to relax in the hottub while our fur baby roamed the gated backyard. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Firefly House. The open living space with the large windows and dining area was perfect for our family. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen. Carnelian Bay is a wonderful location. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. An added plus was the walkability to the beach and nearby restaurants. We can’t wait to return.

My family stayed at Firefly Cabin over a long weekend to disconnect and enjoy each other uninterrupted. The home was on a quiet street, easily walkable to the nearby dog-friendly beach. Over the three full days spent there, we cooked all but one meal in the kitchen. We were extremely pleased with the assortment of cookware, bakeware, and frequently-used pantry staples and condiments - unexpected bonus for us! The smart tv in the living room would lose wifi connection often, but we did not report this as it was not a priority for us. When not at the aforementioned beach or cooking, we played games supplied in the home or soak our stresses away in the hot-tub. There was also a nice collection of books I admired from afar. I did report a leak from a shower head, and a plumber was sent over and repaired it within 24 hours. Agate Bay Reality was very friendly and quick in responses to resolve this. If you’re looking for some quiet time, I highly recommend this home.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Lake Tahoe! The house is very close to the main road and lake, but is still so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed cozying up next to the fireplace in the chilly mornings and evenings.

This place is perfect for a family wanting a quiet getaway to Tahoe. You get the lake feel by being walking distance from the water, but you’re away from the touristy parts. Lots of fun activities for kids that are quick drives. We were able to cook all our meals at the house with no issues and it was cozy and fun to stay at the house and just hang out with the kids. Would definitely come back!

The house in Carnelian Bay was a perfect getaway for the family and our dogs. We liked the location with its easy walkable stroll to the bay, beach, paddle boards and kayak rentals and coffee. Very nice, easy and comfortable. We hope to return again.

Great place 5 min walk to a dog friendly beach and cafe. The house is very cute and cozy. Fenced in backyard was great for the pup. Hot tub was a nice perk. Communication was excellent and we received check in instructions and suggestions for local activities, dog friendly restaurants etc about 10 days in advance. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies. Would definitely recommend this place.

What a beautiful location! Perfect for our family of 6. The cabin itself was very clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms were very comfortable. This cabin is walking distance to few restaurants so that was very convenient after a long day of sight seeing. We would definitely be visiting again.

We loved our stay here! It was an extremely snowy weekend but grateful to have a home with beautiful windows to look out of and working heater! Perfect location, would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Great cabin in North Lake Tahoe. The cabin was a great location, easily accessible to most ski resorts. The place was cleaned and well stocked. Hosts were in constant communication, especially during crazy snow storm. We would highly recommend.

5 min walk from the shoreline, and has all you need. Beautiful house that gives you this holiday vibe. Rooms are well equipped and distributed with a lovely master bedroom that has a separate bathroom. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could've stayed longer! Kitchen & grill work superbly and invite for cooking at home. The whirlpool is a treat as well!

We had a wonderful stay at the Firefly Cabin. It was nice to be able to grill in the evening and the very nicely equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare almost all our meals. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the front deck and relaxing on the back deck in the evening. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out, which was very nice. The main room was well furnished, and the dining table and breakfast bar provided comfortable places to snack and eat. As noted by some of the prior guests, parts of the cabin are a bit worn, and the bathrooms are pretty basic with minimal amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The location is great, in a quieter part of Lake Tahoe.

We had a great stay in Tahoe! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near a lot of amenities including Safeway (5-minute drive). We had no issues with check in or communication. Hot tub and washer/dryer was a huge plus.

Great everything about this cabin in Carnelian Bay! The location was perfect and so easy to find. The check in process was seamless and we had no issues. The Wi-Fi did give us a little trouble but nothing that hindered us from enjoying all the great memories that we have.

Location was great - walking distance to nice beach area. Very quiet neighborhood with a lot of people out walking, riding bikes, etc.

This was a great place to stay for a few days! The dog accommodations are perfect with the fenced yard and doggie door. The location is an easy walk away to the beach. The walk back is a little harder (uphill) but totally doable. The toilet paper is the only thing we could complain about as it was really rough. Would totally book again!

We spent a week at the cabin and had a wonder time. Great location, a few minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and a convenient store. A great breakfast spot down the road also. The cabin was nice and clean and we enjoyed BBQs on the front patio and nights in the jacuzzi relaxing. We were planning on bringing our dog but last minute we decided against it, however, this would of been a great place for a dog. The accommodations were great for our almost 2 year old, they had a pack and play (crib), kids movies, and toys. I would recommend and stay again.

The house was cozy and clean, with easy access to the lake. The hot tub was awesome and the house was great for adults, kids, and a pet. We struggled a bit with the TVs, but we enjoyed the time together as a group.

Walking distance to the beach to let the pups run around! Nice quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The cabin was nice a few stains on the furniture and carpet. Supplies were limited for a week stay. Had to buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The oven made a horrible noise which we didn t use. And that was unfortunate since we were there for a week. The hot tub was great and the backyard is fenced in for the pups.

My family and I enjoyed our time here we all wanted to stay longer. Loved being so close to the dog beach and being close to different attractions. The truckee river trail was a fun bike ride and I would recommend it!

We loved our time at the cabin. The location is wonderful, the neighborhood is quiet, and the place is furnished really well. The hot tub was working perfectly (a first at rentals for me). We found the kitchen to be really well-stocked as well. Everything was super clean, which we really appreciated. We would happily stay here again!

This cabin was the perfect spot for our family with two small dogs to enjoy a week at Lake Tahoe. The cabin is a short and pleasant walk to the lake, where our dogs could play on a clean and dog-friendly beach. The cabin itself was amazing with large windows in the living room, spacious seating areas, and both front and back decks for relaxing. The cabin is part of a neighborhood, but there is plenty of space between it and the neighboring houses.

We had a great time at this cabin. The space was comfortable for our small group and we loved all of the outdoor space. The location is also exceptional with a short walk down to the beach and easy access to everything around North Lake. Agate Bay Realty was responsive and made the stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was so cute and truly perfect for us 6 adults and our pup! The enclosed yard was great and we could walk to a dog beach -which we did nightly! The kitchen had almost everything you needed and allowed us to do several meals at the place. We loved the jacuzzi and each room was spacious enough- the beds seems smaller than queens- but maybe that is just us! We loved sitting on the front deck in the morning listening to the quietness of tahoe! We would love to come again!!

Loved the living room space, a lot of places to sit gives a family vibe. Super cozy feeling. The location was perfect. Went on a hike to Paige Meadows which is 20min away. Loved the hot Tub in the back. It was so relaxing. The best part is the back yard is fenced in to keep your furry babies safe and close to you.

Great and beautiful place in a the wonderful carnelian bay. Very stylish decoration with the right mix of usability. Providing a quiet environment, stunning front side views from the house and easy access to north and south tahoe. Wholeheartedly recommend to stay in the firefly cabin.

House was very clean and in a great neighborhood. The deck and jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing. Location is great, short walk to the lake!

We were very please with our stay because of the amenities of the house and how quaint the living spaces were for our group of 6. We enjoyed both outdoor areas - outside dining on the front porch and the jacuzzi on the back porch several times during our stay. The location was perfect and within a 5-10 minute walk to the dog beach - 2 minutes by bike. We went several times to the beach and even enjoyed the holiday fireworks over the lake. We definitely recommend bringing bikes because the neighborhood was cute to ride around and the quick access to the dog beach was very convenient. We made some great memories with our kids and their friends and couldn t recommend the house more.

This property was amazing! We went on our honeymoon to Lake Tahoe and we could have not chosen a better place to stay! It was clean, spacious and in a great location. We loved the hot tub and access to Netflix when we were unwinding from a long hike or swimming in Lake Tahoe. I could not give this place a better recommendation. It was fantastic and we hope to return soon!

The hosts were excellent communicators—our group received multiple helpful messages prior to our arrival with check-in instructions and tips. The whole place was very clean. Very detailed instruction booklet on premises that was easy to follow. Fast WiFi. Would stay here again!

We had a great time at the Firefly cabin. The jacuzzi was great after a day of hiking, and the large front deck was perfect for enjoying the summer evening. The cabin is just a 5 minute walk from Waterman's landing beach (dog friendly), and the backyard is fenced, which was nice for the dogs!

Fabulous new hot tub spa! Big decks front and back give multiple social gathering options. Fun updated remodel and furnishings. Newish gas grill works great. Waterman s beach kayak SUP coffee bar & deck is an easy close walk. Post Office cafe best breakfast ever just down the street. Perfect summer rental.

This was a great airbnb. The location was fantastic! It was kind of mid point to the areas we visited: Eagle Falls and DL Bliss State Park for hiking, Sand Harbor Beach and Incline Village for a day on the lake, Squaw Valley pickle ball courts, and the mountain bike trails between Truckee and Tahoe City. The house itself worked perfectly for my husband and I plus our 2 daughters and sons-in-laws and a grand daughter (we brought a portable baby bed). It was cute and inviting and with the open floor plan and large deck, we were always together. And the hot tub was used by a son-in-law. We all really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!!!

Lovely home a short walk to the water. Spacious and clean. Hot tub, laundry, and kitchen well stocked with all needed dishes, pots and pans. Good access to hiking trails. Beautiful front porch and the whole front wall is windows so we could constantly see the trees and the snow coming down.

Great communication. We had an oven issue and Agate was responsive and accommodating. Space is slightly smaller than pictures make it look but great house. We had a great time.

Close to the lake, very cozy, had almost everything we needed. Only thing that was strange was the lack of curtains on the two huge, street facing windows. We felt a lack of privacy in the main room. Definite pluses are the hot tub and the gas stove!
