This is the second stay for our family (& pup) at this location, and we couldn’t be happier. The unit is clean, well-appointed, dog friendly and in a great location. Communication with Agate Bay Realty was seamless. We noted that the coffee maker wasn’t working and upon notifying them, a new one was promptly delivered. We look forward to returning!

Super affordable and one of the best air bnb I have stayed at. Amazing floor plan and they have you covered with all the included amenities. It also located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood to walk around. Definitely will be my first choice the next time I travel to North Lake Tahoe.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. Quiet place and easy drives to town and mountain activities. The Agate Bay team was quick to respond and flexible to allow for early check in. Checking in and out was easy with the detailed instructions.

Lovely spot with a view of the lake. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor plus a loft on floor 3. Floor 2 was a nice sized kitchen and dining/living area. Few neighbors around in early Sept. We enjoyed our stay here.

If you love the woods this is a perfect place to stay. The beautiful scenery of the trees is breathtaking and a sneak peek of the lake makes it even better. Follow the instructions per the email otherwise it may get a bit confusing on how to get there. We arrived right at check-in time and everything was ready. The place is fairly clean, especially the bathrooms. It needs a bit of upgrades, but it a cozy place. Clean up crew came exactly at check- out time. Overall our stay was a good experience.

great location. plenty of room in the unit. floor plan is a bit outdated and cumbersome if you need to store a bike.

Very nice, genuinely dog friendly property that was right near some wonderful beaches. Beautiful views. Great areas to walk the dogs. Very responsive regarding issues and we would stay there again.

Overall had a really great experience and would definitely recommend this property. Stayed at this townhome for 4 nights. The property is in a beautiful location on top of a hill just off the highway - easy to get to and close enough to the lake. There is a nice view of the lake from the balcony on the first floor of the condo. Most important the place allows dogs. Arrival and departure instructions, directions were great and we didn’t have any trouble getting into the place. The townhouse itself is quite big with ample room and beds on the bottom level and the loft.

Great place in amazing condition. Amazing location, has hiking and biking trails right next to the door. Great swimming pool and spa.

Excellent location and a home away from home feel which was exceptionally pet friendly with the modern day necessities. Every bedroom had a smart TV and the overall feel to the condo was cozy rustic.

Beautiful location and amenities. Excellent communication and easy arrival and departure. The house was clean and stocked with things we needed. Decor and amenities were basic but fine. It did get hot on the 95 degree days but most Tahoe places have no AC and it cooled down at night. Loved having our dog with us.

Great location not so easy to find once in the complex but great once we figured it out. Not a lot of hot water after two showers the third person didn’t have much. Overall would come back again

The floors are a bit creaky especially in the master bedroom. The best part of the place is the great lake view!!

Definitely a steal for what you pay for! Loved how fully stocked the condo was and the location was beautiful and quiet. I would love to book another stay here next time I’m in town.

This was really such a steal! Great price, location, and just an overall wonderful stay. They have everything you can think of and SO much more!! Also loved the little doggie touches (we had our dogs come along)!

This was a fantastic place. It is very dog friendly and I love the location to Carnelian Bay! There is also a awesome little trail right next to the house which was fun. I would recommend staying here if you like to bring your dog everywhere like we do!

This was a really great place, great value for the price. Spacious, good location just 10 min from amazing hikes and beach. The host was also very responsive and accommodating.

Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) and a dog had a great experience staying in this condo. during the winter for skiing at Northstar. Had room enough for us, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was good, because we cooked most of our own meals while in Tahoe. As others have noted, the shower head is mounted low, but I could deal with it, even though I'm tall. Nice condo. neighborhood, with a good few of the lake through the trees. Northstar was a little less than 30 minutes away. The grocery store (Safeway in King's Beach) was about 10 minutes away. Not too bad. We didn't take advantage of the condo. lodge / activity center, so we can't comment about that.

Wonderful space in a prime location. Easy access to all of North Lake. I was very comfortable here and the check in and out process was very easy.

You can walk to beach, pool, and lots of local businesses.

Our stay here was great! Only minor issue was a toilet overflow the first morning while showering, but maintenance came by pretty quickly to look into it and didn't damper our plans going out to the mountain. We were also impressed by the welcome book with all the information. It was a great stay for a great price and would consider staying there again if they weren't already booked the next weekend I'm in Tahoe!

Very comfortable accommodations. Felt just like being at home. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Check in was easy. The place was very clean. Everything you needed was available. Really made vacation less stressful.

We enjoyed our time in Carnelian Bay as the location worked well for us. The check-in and parking was easy. The condo was clean and well equipped. The unit has very few updates so it isn’t anything fancy but it is affordable and functional. The downside is that we had six people and it was very cramp in terms of the community space (i.e, dining, kitchen and living room) We made it work but worth mentioning.

Great little place in a good location! Met our needs for a group of three + dog over Christmas. Kitchen was appointed though slightly dated. The showers were not made for tall people, so get ready to crouch if you’re over 5’6 . Water pressure was good though and there were plenty of towels. The washer wasn’t working, which was not ideal, but we notified the property management when we checked out so hopefully that is resolved!

Great place to bring your dog, the hot tub is a plus, though a key was not provided, the man running the place was nice enough to offer us a pass. A couple of issues we had, the property manager responded right away. It has a very loud heater and the floors squeak quite a bit but that's probably not in the control of the owners. The showers are VERY low, which is hard if everyone is over 6 feet. Location is good, place is clean, had everything we needed.

This was a great place that was ~10 minutes out from Tahoe City - it was right next to the lake and had a great view from the cabin. Really clean, and a helpful suggestion book for local things to do!

We had such a lovely stay. Communication was easy and clear, and the space was clean and organized and very welcoming. So glad we picked this property to spend our holiday!!!
