Birdie Time Vacation Home

Birdie Time rental was extremely cozy inside, close to both the lake and the awesome golf course! I'm very much looking forward to renting this home again either in the Summer or in the Winter!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home, spacious and all the bedrooms were so comfortable. The location was fantastic too, we even played golf at the course the house is on. So much fun. Definitely would stay again!

This home was absolutely perfect for our multiple family vacation. Everyone had their own space and their own bathroom. It is a beautiful home in a pristine setting. It’s walkable to the beach and the grocery store. It didn’t feel touristy at all. The neighbors were very friendly. It was so peaceful. We could not have been happier with our choice of rentals.

This was a great house in King's Beach! We were walking distance to the beach and to town and had entertainment right out our window on the golf course!

We loved this property. We've been staying in the neighborhood for a number of years and wanted a place on the golf course and this place doesn't disappoint. It feels huge and has excellent separation of space. The huge loft style bedroom is over the garage so its perfect for heavy footed kids (our kids sound like Sasquatch is coming down the hallway). Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with shower which for group travel is a real bonus (it has an on demand water heater means endless supply of hot water). Easy walk to town and the beach, great views, lots of light, book it now! One note is this house is about mid-fairway on the 8th hole and is a hot spot for errant golf balls. There is a protective net, but something to be aware of if that would bother you.

My family of 5 adults loved this house. Each room had its own bathroom and the house was really nice. It’s a ten minute walk to the beach, grocery store, coffee, and restaurants. Originally I considered staying in Incline Village, but I’m so glad we stayed here instead. We had a wonderful time.

This house was fabulous. We have 5 kids and the bedroom set up was perfect for a large family. My mother even came and she had her own bedroom on the first floor (she didn’t have to worry about stairs). The upstairs has a master and another bedroom, both with private baths. And the 4th bedroom was perfect for the kids, with 2 full beds and the bunk beds, private bathroom too. I originally thought from the pictures that this was a loft, and was worried about being able to hear them from downstairs. But it’s a completely separate room above the garage, with a door to close it off, its own heating zone, perfect for the kids! The fireplace in the living room lets off a lot of heat making it always warm and cozy. The house is great proximity to the lake, Northstar, supermarket & restaurants. My only complaint is that the backyard is not fenced in, it would have been nice to have a small fence to close it off back there. But otherwise this house was perfect and we would definitely book it again!

we had a great stay. very convenient location for essentials, food and scenery. very responsive with queries before, during and after the stay.

My family enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. Each room has its own bathroom and the kids room above the garage is just fantastic to accommodate families with kids especially teenagers who want their own privacy. We enjoyed using the hot tub and we set up a badminton just below the deck on the grassy area. Lake access is just a few minutes walk and grocery shopping is just around the corner. Overall, the layout of the house is great for entertaining or just be around with the family for a special occasion. We definitely recommend this place for a family gathering with kids and pets. We would certainly stay here again.

Spent a week here with my family and had an amazing time! The house was very clean and has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Definitely looking forward to staying here again when we visit Lake Tahoe!

Our group really enjoyed staying at this property. It's very walkable to our favorite restaurant (Lanza's) and the beach/downtown area of King's Beach. The hot tub on the back patio was a great bonus and we were in it daily. Views of the surrounding trees and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing stay. Would recommend and stay again.

We absolutely loved our time in this very nice, cozy home with a lovely view of the golf course. We made every meal in the well-appointed kitchen except for a delicious dinner out at Spindleshanks, a 5 min walk from the house. The closest beach is a 10 min walk which is convenient because beach parking is limited. One of our favorite features was the “kids” room above the garage with its own full bath because it was removed from the rest of the upstairs rooms and the potential noise was contained. Also there is a queen bedroom and bathroom on the main floor which was perfect for our aging parents. The only drawback was that the backyard fire pit wasn’t usable due to fire season rules I believe. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to renting it again in the future.

Had a nice stay at Birdie Time! Loved the location and the beautiful surroundings. It was so nice to be within walking distance to the beach, grocery, restaurants and stores. The house has plenty of space to spread out and I really liked that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom.

Birdie Time was an amazing home! It has great views of the golf course, was nicely appointed on the inside, Very close to the Safeway and dining at Spindleshanks and it was a 20 minute walk to Kings Beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to visit on the Brockway Golf Coarse. North-shore is Lovely! Close to the Lake, restaurants, and shopping needs. Plenty of room for a family to come together in Tahoe. The Tahoe vibe in upgraded bathrooms was enjoyed. Tahoe Blue is just good for the soul.

The place was much better in person! It near the grocery store and near the beach. The environment nice and quiet. We love how room has their own bathroom as well.

We had a great stay at Birdie Time. The location was perfect for playing in the snow - both in the backyard and around the Tahoe area. Everything at the house was welcoming and clean. The open layout was great for hanging out and there were lots of nice, little touches - heated floors, programmable gas fireplace, etc. - that made for a very cozy experience. Communication with the host was clear, easy and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

The Birdie Time property was beyond what we expected!! The photos of the property did not capture the beauty of the space. The living room, kitchen and dining area were massive. We stayed in the master bed, just beautifully appointed. And the owners gave so much attention to detail! We didn’t have to bring anything but our clothes and food/beverages! Simply amazing. Loaded with kitchen appliances, we could go on and on. We cannot wait to book again. This was by far the most amazing holiday for our family ever. Filled with a lifetime of memories and beautiful photos filled with pillowy snow! Everything from beginning to end was great. Local restaurant up the road was delicious and a Safeway walkable. We had a blast! Next year, we will make sure to head to the restaurant on the lake. Thank you so much!

very comfortable home with big backyard (golf course). safeway is at walking distance. Every room in the house has its own full bathroom which was very convenient and no one needed to fight for bathroom. during our stay, garage door's lift master was broken. host was very responsive and helped us manually close the door with provided instructions, and sent a technician to fix the problem the very next day. the only downside was that the house didnt provide and shampoo n body wash (not a hugh deal) anyway, highly recommended.

One of the best airbnbs we stayed at in Tahoe. 10 min walk to the beach. 10 min drive to Northstar for mountain biking. Place is super spacious. Beautiful back yard. Fully stocked kitchen. Very responsive host. The only downside is that the beds are hard and maybe bring your own pillow. Otherwise amazing place.

Beautiful, modern, nicely furnished, excellent location for us, well supplied. Minor exception cooking essentials not well maintained, not uncommon so I always bring my own. One helpful suggestion would be to supply a guest handbook, took time figuring out how to operate different amenities and some never did.
